Do you have multiple PC/Laptops using the same account within your home or office?

If Yes, then you will need a Wireless Modem. You can connect the Wireless Modem to your existing network or connect using the wireless connetion with the Wireless Modem.

If No, then you may not need a Wireless Modem, however, the WiFi Signal may not be strong enough throughout your home or office. The Wireless Modem repeats the signal in your home and in most cases can provide coverage throughout you home.

Is the signal available ouside but not inside your home or office?

If Yes, then the Wireless Modem will provide the coverage within your home or office that you desire.

If No, then you may not be in a current coverage area. You can view the current coverage map here.

How do I set up the Wireless Modem once I receive it?

Inside the box will be the Wireless Modem, Antenna, Suction Cups, Power Supply, and Instructions. The unit is pre-configured and does not require any other configuration to work with the WiFi nework. You can review the Installation Instructions here.
